VAiFF presents “Alast”, a submission in our Experimental category. A lone traveler crosses a desolate desert, hiding a mysterious object and a mute, paralyzed girl in his cart. He seeks a mythical, healing lake, a mirage he desperately chases. When the cart overturns, the girl falls near the hidden object and suddenly stands. This revelation leaves her in anticipation.
